Summary:

STULZ ATS is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This critical role supports a wide range of marketing and business operations, including customer database management, digital advertising, tradeshow and event coordination, product management, internal communications, sales operations, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Database Management
    • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and product management teams to ensure alignment on customer data and outreach strategies.
  • Digital Advertising
    • Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of digital advertising efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed to ensure successful campaign implementation.
  • Tradeshow and Event Coordination
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute the company’s participation in tradeshows, conferences, and other industry events.
    • Manage all logistical aspects, including booth setup, promotional materials, and event registrations.
    • Work with sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding at events.
    • Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Product Management Support
    • Collaborate with the product management team to develop marketing materials that support new product launches and updates.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing messaging.
    • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align marketing efforts with product development timelines and objectives.
  • Internal Communications
    • Support internal communication initiatives by preparing and distributing updates, newsletters, and other materials to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
  • Sales Operations Support
    • Work closely with the sales operations manager and product marketing team to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with sales objectives and strategies.
    • Provide marketing support for sales initiatives, including the development of customer-facing materials and presentations.
    • Assist in the coordination of sales training and development programs related to marketing and product knowledge.
  • Customer Service
    • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns, events, and product information.
    • Provide support to the sales team by handling customer requests and facilitating communication between departments.
    • Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, including brochures, presentations, and emails.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role or customer service role, with exposure to database management, digital advertising, event coordination, product management, and internal communications.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SAP, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to tradeshows and events.

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at a high school level.
  • Ability to follow instructions in both written and oral form.
  • Ability to speak effectively with employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

  • As a minimum, must possess basic Algebra skills.

Individuals must be capable of observing and providing “hands-on” validation of installation and maintenance procedures for manufactured equipment.  This involves working in and around the products and systems at the factory or installed at the customer site.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.  The employee is frequently required to sit and walk.  Occasional lifting may be required not to exceed 10 pounds without additional support.  Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment.  It may be required that individuals work in the manufacturing area when

providing manufacturing support.  The work environment may be at higher noise levels and lower air quality.  This work environment may be at higher noise levels and lower air quality.  Individuals may also be required to provide field support for equipment whereby the outside environment may be encountered as well as environments commonly encountered in air-conditioning equipment installations.
