Title: Systems Analyst - ERP
The SAP System Analyst is responsible for configuring, integrating, reporting and supporting SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. This role bridges business dispatch operations with digital field solutions, ensuring seamless end-to-end management of service contracts, technician scheduling, and mobile execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Module Configuration: Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SM and SAP FSM applications to support service order execution, contracts, warranties, and claims.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration between SAP Service Ticket, FSM and SAP S/4HANA Service—ensuring synchronization of master data, functional locations, and service confirmations.
- Field Mobility: Support mobile execution solutions, such as SAP FSM mobile apps and form development, allowing technicians to capture data, time, expenses, and material consumption.
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Support configuration of dispatch & scheduling module for scalable FSM solutions.
- Support: Troubleshoot software issues with Business Process Owners using incident and problem management processes, minimizing downtime and business disruptions.
- Testing & Training: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Process Owners, draft functional specifications for developers, and produce end-user training materials.
- Specify reporting requirements with Business Process Owner and FI/Accounting representative.
- Create & modify reports and forms using SAP reporting tools, calculation views, sql scripting, and design dashboard.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Report Writing Skills: Report specifications, understanding of database design, sql scripts, creating calculation views , SAP SAC Dashboard design and/or Microsoft PowerBi knowledge is very helpful.
- Microsoft Software: Office 365, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint
- Prefer SAP Experience: 5+ years of SAP functional experience preferably with a focus on Customer Service (CS) or s4 Service Management (SM) and Field Service Management (FSM) or related experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of cross-module integrations (SD, MM, FI/CO) and cloud integration middleware like SAP CPI.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and the capacity to translate complex field requirements into digital workflows.
