Summary:

Provides Learning and Development direction, coordination, and support of employee training initiatives within STULZ Air Technology systems

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the SuccessFactors LMS, including course and learning path setup, training assignments, course requests, routine troubleshooting, learner support, and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs, including scheduling, learner communications, attendance tracking, materials preparation, technology and room setup, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, organize, and support the delivery of effective learning programs.
  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning experiences and training materials, including learner guides, presentations, eLearning content, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and other learning experiences.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate assigned instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning activities and provide logistical and instructional support to facilitators as needed.
  • Maintain training attendance and completion records, including entering attendance data and providing training reports as needed.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and organizational performance (job fairs, new role support, HR events, cross-functional training, etc.).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% based on business needs.

Education/Experience:

  • College degree preferred with 2 or more years of related experience and/or training
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or other Training or Human Resources certification preferred
  • Experience in Instructional Design tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Vimeo, Scribe, etc.) preferred
  • Experience in Adult Learning/ Instructional design principles
  • Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience required
  • SuccessFactors experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Language Skills:

  • Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish or Burmese highly desired

Mathematical Skills:

Must have basic mathematics skills

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment in a manufacturing plant. Employee will at times be required to work with supervisors/managers on the production floor to observe and understand processes that require training documentation.
